Shipping Locations

• We currently offer shipping within the UAE only

Shipping Costs

• Within the UAE: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Times

• UAE Orders: Typically, deliveries within the UAE take 2-5 business days

Exchanges

• If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or item, please follow the same return procedure and specify the exchange in your email.
• If the requested exchange item is available, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Refunds

• As of the moment we don't offer refunds but only exchanges
